The Day before Submission

Ok it's the day before submission. Luckily I was going through the film creating screenshots for the shot list and I noticed some last minute mistakes.

1. The banana shot had the old background in it.
2. The Prof's Goodbye shot had the old RAM in it before I whited out the eyes and the chair was moving too much anyway.
3. I thought the the Prof was animating weird in the Competent shot, so I had a look again at the flash file and compared it to my drawings. I found out that Harrison had missed 6 frames and duplicated others to fill in the gap.

I fixed all these things yesterday and today so hopefully we will be able to render and the movie will be finished for submission.

Progress

Yesterday after a heated discussion between Al and Dan Dalli, I had to help Al with the animation. Al did have the body drawn and inbetweened he just didn't have the head. So I decided that on another piece of paper to draw the keyframes for every head turn, hair movement and lip-sync. I then gave it to Al to fill in the inbetweens. We got one and a half scenes done by the time I left at six o'clock. I left Al to it.

Progress Report from Dan

The group has just met with Dan. The good news is he likes my work and he thinks Simon inking is going well. Basically I just have to meet my own personal schedule and get the frames inked and scanned by next week.

The bad news is Al and James. They are really worrying me and Dan. They have got quite a lot of work to do. They have been given to Monday to get a substantial amount of their scenes done or I'm going to have to take over.

Oh I'm nervous and worried.
